The Raith Rovers FC development is part of the Starks Park properties development portfolio. The community facility is a new building located to the North Stand of Starks Park. The building has been designed to combine the existing daily activities of the Stadium linked to the community activities. The project is the next generation development of the stadium and will enhance the use and standard of facilities available to the Club and the community - an innovative design over 4-storeys creating changing, function, offices, and support facilities for the stadium.
